Paper Artsy Challenge and Moss Garden

Another entry for the Paper Artsy Challenge and still being inspired by Leandra's video and the Adirondack Colorwash sprays.
Moss Garden teabags sprayed with Adirondack 'Espresso' and 'Lettuce',
then rusted and sprayed again.
I used invisible thread - it's springy - so the beads stand proud of the work,
like the tiny flowers on moss.

  2. I think the rust looks amazing along with the green. That effect would have looked good on my rusty boat in my latest WIP
The loops of invisible thread and the floating beads was a great idea.

  8. Ok, they were really pretty with the green background, but I think I love these even more! Very naturalistic with the earthy brown background and splatters. And I love your little flowers or spores that you've made with the beads :) Have you ever used any of the sprays by Lindy's Stamp Gang? They have a line called Moon Shadows that is walnut-ink based, with a different color shimmer powder in each variation. Mystic Malachite, this one: http://www.lindystampgang.com/mystic-malachite/, is gorgeous because it's got that mossy sort of tint. You might have fun with their sprays :)

Hope you are having a good day. The sun is shining here now..... just did a couple of hours weeding..... now I am recovering from my efforts!
