It's coming up to my favourite season and I have put the autumn decorations up - the house is looking cosy and all ready for the shorter days (which come round each year far too soon!). I've been keeping with the theme and found a lovely pumpkin crochet pattern on Etsy, so I've been making pumpkins - some have gone to friends, some have gone into my Folksy shop and a couple of them have found a home amongst my decorations. I have used up some of my yarn stash, which was the original plan, but of course I had to purchase more and I'm now rather over run with lots of beautiful colours to work my way through!
I'm also sending love and best wishes to Julia and her husband after the devastating fire that destroyed their business.
What a lovely pumpkin pattern...gorgeous autumn colours too.

Yay, you made it! So lovely to catch up yesterday and see you looking so well. Those pumpkins are just fab, lovely to see the colour ranges in the yarn and the pattern looks achievable, I’m not the best at following crochet instructions, much better at knitting!!

ReplyDeleteYes Carpal Tunnel, not till 16th which is in the middle of my Bible Journaling Conference. Need to keep it dry till 30th and it's weeks/months before I'm back to normal. So unfortunately not expecting to get much done but will have lots to "watch". Hugs BJ

ReplyDeleteWhat fabulous pumpkins you have there. I have a pattern for a felted one and would dearly love to do it but my hands keep swelling and stopping me doing it.
