Ooooh, frostylicious....it makes me feel cold just looking at your pics! Beautiful tags, I love the monochrome look to them, you're obviously having a very elegant Christmas!! Hugs, LLJ 2 xxx
I love white on kraft, a combination I use a lot. Your tags are beautiful (I'm going to sound like a stuck record each week!) and I particularly like the texture paste pattern.
These look wonderful and frosty! When you're not using colours, all the textures become accentuated! So lush! Love them all! Happy WOYWW! zsuzsa @ InkyDinkyDoodle #39
Oh Diane these are staggeringly lovely. If I came up with tags like this, my family would assume they were presents! Love the touches of soot ink...how on earth do you know they need it?!!
Gorgeous, gorgeous looking tags!! Love the neutral colour scheme and snowy feel of these beauties! The way you altered the flowers looks wonderful! Can't wait to see the cards now!
Oh Diana, these are just gorgeous... I love the white on white with the little black accents! Absolutely stunning.
Sorry I didn't make it yet again onto WOYWW this week. Been very busy sorting the kitchen and doing my first online grocery shop for goodness knows how long. Also hospital appointments coming thick and fast and they take time! I've crashed a bit these past couple of days but did manage to cook my first meal tonight!!! Great sense of achievement.
Just catching up with my blog comments, Diana, and have just read yours - thank you so much for it - very encouraging and uplifting, and thank you also, so much, for your prayers, which are always much appreciated.
I am sure that once they sort out the final problems, I should be fine. We are hoping for a good outcome from the scan next week, and will get the results on Nov. when we see the oncologist - everyone is very confident they've got rid of all the cancer so I am sure I'll be given the all clear then. I am not worried about the procedure next Wed. - I'll be out of it while they do it, and whatever he tells me afterwards, I am sure we can deal with.
My hubby has been great. Now the kitchen's sorted, it won't involve so much hard work from now on, and hopefully I can factor in some quality time in the studio - this has taken a back seat over the past few weeks. Once I'm through this raft of hospital appointments, things should settle down a bit, I think.
Oh My these are outrageously gorgeous and you just never stop to amaze me and I cannot wait to see the Christmas cards. These gift tags, who needs a gift, they are the gift~
Diana, I am sitting here shivering! They are beautiful - I trust that all who receive a gift with one of those glorious tags keeps it somewhere really safe. Well done. I'm with Mary - who needs a gift?! Thanks for dropping by - I think we are getting there with the routine - just takes up an incredible amount of the day - however, we are proceeding with Christmas - the cards are now written, and I have printed off all the photos this afternoon (once I had sorted out how to print with the new printer!!!) for the four family, home produced, calendars. Now to sort the items for those little boxes...
I am rather behind with commenting, but these tags are completely exquisite. That touch of Soot Black in amongst the white is genius, lifts the design to a different level. Seeing your beautifully artistic projects is quite uplifting, they bring real delight. These would be gifts in themselves, I wouldn't need a present! Elaine x
Just hopped over from a link on Lynn's Experiments in Paper blog to catch these beauties - magical texture and white on kraft - deep sigh of pleasure! Alison xx
