Just beginning to feel slightly Christmassy and managed to make the first card of the year!
I used my favourite Tim Holtz Poinsettia die and added a cream rose to the centre of it.
Thank you to everyone who visited me and left such kind comments last week - I really appreciate it and I think I can safely say I'm bug free now - touch wood, so on with the arty crafty stuff!

Thank you for your visit, and please don't worry - I'm pretty out of kilter myself and have only just posted my WOYWW post for this week - at 11.45 p.m.! The stoma cakes went down very well, even if they didn't win the competition! We had a great day. The Bible study group is going well despite small numbers so far, but hopefully numbers will increase in time. Glad you are feeling better now - I've gone down with a cold today which I'm pretty fed up about.

Thought of you when I was at Stitch and Knit and just had to buy some beautiful green velvet having seen your beautiful creations with it! Glad you are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your return visit and your lovely comment, Diana - so glad you like my latest efforts, both Zentangle and baking! I have had a lot of fun with both. Having a more restful week at least for now - got a slight cold and feeling generally under the weather but hopefully I'll pick up in a day or two. I got the ATC pocket pages on Ebay and they have standard ring binder holes. They won't take very thick ones but for most they'd be fine. They are great because you can see the front and the back. My Zentangle cards are not terribly organised and I need to get some dividers - whenever I take cards out for doing a project, they just get bunged back in any old how and my original system for keeping "fills," "borders" and "stand-alones" soon went by the board!! (Shoshi's organisation is only skin deep lol!)
