Looking through my stash this month to find something that's been unused and forgotten about, I came upon this large postcard tag stamp from Hero Arts.
I love it but have never got round to using it, so I decided to have a play! I like the proportions of it, it's a substantial size being 12cm x 9cm so would make a good front for a card.
This is definitely a keeper and I know I'll be using it again!
I'm linking up with Julia who I'm delighted to say is back at the helm of WOYWW this week.

I've looked up that stamp online - so I can see how you masterfully layered the other images over it. I like how you used different colours but kept it characteristically vintagey! Hope you have a lovely week! zsuzsa #28
ReplyDeleteYour stamping is superb, I'm not a great stamper. As for unused or forgotten stash, I had a slightly different problem when I was doing my ATC. What is the shiny stuff I have somewhere? Couldn't even remember the name. I used some perfect pearl shimmer spray on the ATC flower but "found" the little wax shimmer thingies for the journal page. Yes I am losing my mind too. Thanks for visiting me and offering moral support in the female department. BJ#10
ReplyDeleteHi Diana, what a gorgeous tag stamp. I found so many stamps I'd forgotten about when I catalogued them all recently. Hopefully now I'll start using them and not just a few favourites.Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #3

ReplyDeleteWhat lovely tags! Each one of them.
ReplyDeleteHow you can overlook a stamp of that size is beyond me. But now you are using it, I'm sure you regret not getting it out sooner.
Have a great week,

Absolutely gorgeous tags, Diana! I love the colours and the different stamps you've used, and also the corrugated background you've photographed them against, which sets them off to perfection. Thank you for your lovely comment - you join a long list of friends who are now reporting that they have also suffered from frozen shoulder! It seems to be a remarkably common complaint, but no less painful for that! I am improving greatly with the painkillers, but still no physio forthcoming so far - they are very busy apparently.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

Oh yeah, definitely a keeper, those are great! And how clever, a tag stamp instead of storing a bunch of tags. A perfect substrate for your wonderful nature stamps, and I really like it on that cardboard.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! You really know how to layer things harmoniously. Beautiful :)
