The theme over at Tag Tuesday is Bunnies and Butterflies. So here is my Spring offering - a little more pink than planned but I struggled to work the colours around the stamp, which I was determined to use!
Hi Diana, thanks for joining us at Tag Tuesday, much appreciated! Your tag is gorgeous, love the spring colours and happiness it radiates. Stay safe and well, hugs, Valerie
It's such a pretty springtime stamp... I can see why you wanted to use it. And although it's an unusual colour palette for you, I think you've captured a spring dawn perfectly. I love the rabbit leaping through the fields - is he hand-drawn? The seed heads and dotted flower heads of the wildflowers in the background as well as those dew drops add a perfect touch of dimension and texture. Lovely! Alison x
Utterly gorgeous as always, Diana! I don't think there's too much pink. The green offsets it beautifully, and I love how you've picked out the green of the butterfly on the postage stamp. It's a really pretty tag, and very springlike - just what we need to bring a bit of cheer at the moment, along with the beautiful sunshine we've been having.
So adorable sweet , beautifully painted, -I love the dew drops, Diana , and your new coming seed heads ( are they old tendrils for flower making ) .Again I love the light green tone you used together with pink, and your jumping bunny. This is so beautiful !! Hugs from Dorthe xx
Viewing this on Easter - how appropriate! I love the green fabric you;ve used in the background - perfect color! And of course, that stamp had to be used.... I think the pink is quite lovely, soft, and speaks of the resilience and renewal that spring betokens. Lively, playful and yet serene - needed that today! Hope your holiday, however spent, was peaceful and enjoyable. xxx Lynn
