Buddleia Card and Book Collage

I've achieved quite a lot since I last posted considering we had my step-son and his family visiting from the USA last week.
I've completed another collage using the prompts in The Collage Workbook - it was all about using bits of old books - which was lucky, as I have loads!

I also had to make a sympathy card and I found this Buddleia stamp set in my stash that I'm sure I've never used ...

...and I've been gold leafing some prints too!

Housework is next on the agenda!
But before that I'm linking up with Julia over at WOYWW for the weekly desk hop.

  2. Hi Diana, hope you can't see the guilt on my face as my collage journalling has slumped again and this piece is lovely. I just get started on one thing and my head skips over to something else. Now that stamp looks nice and familiar too, could be Woodware maybe. Take care and have a lovely woyww, Angela x12x

  3. Is that a spine you used?. It is very effective and I love that flower on it.
Beautiful card, I love that image. Somehow the words work for me in this instance despite my saying otherwise in this blogpost of mine today.

Love the dimensional dots and the gold leafing too - these subtle little touches can add so much to a project. I hope you're well, Diana - don't overdo the housework - there's always tomorrow!
