I have finished (I think!) the little collages I was making in my last post. They are part of the garden landscape collages I've been working on in my sketchbook and I really like the colours in these. They are loosely taped into the book and can be removed easily if I want to work on them again - which I'm undecided about at the moment.
Christmas is nearly upon us and I'm all done - cards made, decorations up and presents wrapped, not a lot else to do now except sit back and relax!
I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a happy, crafty New Year.
I'm joining Sarah over at WOYWW
well done on being so organised - I've some food to buy (for either my Christmas dinner if I'm not at my brother's or for a post Christmas dinner if I am ) and the gifts aren't wrapped yet... I think I may have bought all I need though! I love your collages. Happy WOYWW and Merry Christmas for next week xx Helen #2
ReplyDeleteThose garden collages are delightful. I love how the blue and green merge together in some places. The yellow adds just the spot for the eye iln some cases and in others marries the two base colours. Delightful and what a lovely spread in your book they will make.
ReplyDeleteNice to see you chilled and ready for the day.
If I don't see you next week - Happy Christmas.
Hugs, Neet 1 xx
Those collages are gorgeous and in my eyes don’t need any more embellishment but I completely get it if you feel the need to add more! Thank you for my beautiful Christmas card, it’s a little miniature work of art, I love it xx
ReplyDeleteWay to go for being organised like that, I’m pretty much up to speed as well, just a few tags to write and then I’m done! It’s going to be a low key Christmas but wonderful nevertheless.
Wishing you and Ian a very Merry Christmas and Happy and Healthy 2025 xxx
Your garden collages are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW and Christmas
